If a component doesn’t meet your expectations or integrate perfectly into your system, we are here to help you find the right solution or provide a refund.
Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in “Like-New” condition. Because we are a factory-authorized dealer, we must ensure that returned gear can be enjoyed by the next audiophile in its original state.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original manufacturer’s box with all internal foam, inserts, and protective wraps.
- Complete Accessories: All remote controls, power cables, antennas, microphones, and manuals must be included.
- Serial Numbers: The serial number on the unit must match the serial number on the box and our original shipping record.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to hygiene, copyright, or the custom nature of certain products, the following are considered Final Sale:
- In-Ear Monitors (IEMs) & Earphones: Once the factory seal is broken (for hygiene reasons).
- Phono Cartridges & Styli: If the box has been opened or the seal broken.
- Custom/Special Orders: Any product customized to your specific dimensions or finishes.
- Installed Equipment: Architectural speakers (in-wall/in-ceiling) that have been mounted or painted.
Return Shipping & Fees
We aim to make the logistics as frictionless as possible.
- Prepaid Labels: We can provide a prepaid UPS return label. The cost of this label (typically a flat fee of $15 for standard items) will be deducted from your final refund.
- Freight Items: For oversized items (Floorstanding speakers, large subwoofers, or furniture), return shipping is handled via specialized freight. Rates vary by weight and distance; please contact an expert for a quote.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee on items returned in like-new condition. However, a fee of 15%–25% may apply if the item is returned with missing accessories, damaged original packaging, or signs of heavy use.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or appears defective out of the box, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Document the Issue: Take photos of the shipping box and the product.
- Expert Troubleshooting: Our Lifetime US-based Tech Support team will reach out to verify if the issue is a configuration error or a hardware defect.
- Rapid Replacement: If the unit is confirmed defective, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement unit at no cost to you.
How to Start Your Return
- Request an RMA: Log in to your Dropsasa account or contact
support@dropsasa.comto receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. - Pack Securely: Double-box your return (place the manufacturer’s box inside a shipping box) to prevent transit damage.
- Ship It: Attach your label and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
- Refund Processing: Once received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
